  This is such a wonderful Pilates/yoga studio! Six weeks ago I started one-on-one private classes once a week with Belinda and I can't believe how far I've come. I had a hip replacement three months ago and before that I had barely been able to walk to my letter box for years so to say I was unfit is an understatement.
  
  Belinda started me off slowly but built on what we did each week to where I am now able to join the hot Pilates class. Many of the exercises I do are still modified (and lots of the people attending are super fit) but I am able to finish a class.
  
  I highly recommend this as a way of regaining fitness no matter where you're coming from. Belinda is kind, knowledgeable and patient. Thank you so much!

  The most amazing Pilates/Yoga classes I have ever found. So incredibly beneficial for both my body and mind. I have seen such an improvement in my muscles already within the first 4 weeks. Belinda is truly talented at what she does and is so mindful of any injuries you may have. I thought the heat would be too much for me but it’s actually energising and I leave every session feeling refreshed!

  A great team of highly skilled instructors who adapt classes to suit all ability levels. The heated classes leave you feeling reenergised, great for the body, mind and skin. All ages are welcome which is something I was looking for to start my fitness journey!

  Eastside is such a great community and offers so many amazing classes. I absolute LOVE Belinda's energy in the hot room and I always feel so great afterwards. The instructors always pay individual attention to make corrections to my technique if needed despite it being a group class. If you're looking for a studio you can feel comfortable in this is honestly the place to go. I've never felt so cared for and welcomed to a community before the way I have at Eastside. The best part is that I have seen a massive difference in my body and have really toned up. 11/10 recommend, you won't be disappointed!
